Tuition & Payment Plan

Tuition for Meadow Munchkins Waldorf Summer Care is $400 per week.

To support families with planning, we offer a simple payment plan:

A $150 refundable deposit per child is due at the time of registration to reserve your child’s place.
This deposit is fully refundable if cancellation occurs more than two weeks prior to the scheduled camp week and will be applied toward the total tuition.

This single deposit covers all weeks your child is enrolled.

The remaining balance of $250 per week is due by June 1 (or two weeks prior to your child’s camp week, if registering later).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than two weeks prior to a scheduled camp week will receive a full refund of the $150 deposit, and no additional charges will apply.

Cancellations made within two weeks of the start of a camp week will be charged the full tuition for that week, as staffing and supplies will already be finalized.

Spaces are limited, and enrollment is confirmed once the deposit is received.
Full payment must be completed before the start of camp.
