Meet the teacher
I am a Waldorf-trained early childhood teacher with five years of classroom teaching experience and have been a Waldorf parent for the past thirteen years. Teaching young children is not just my work—it is my calling. I teach with the heart, guided by deep respect for each child and reverence for childhood. When I am with the children in my care, I truly believe that I have the most rewarding job in the world.
Ages Walking–7 | Waldorf-based Summer Care
Our Waldorf education–based summer care offers young children the gift of unhurried outdoor play and meaningful experiences in nature. Days are spent outside on our magical meadows and in the surrounding forest, with access to shady resting spots, a sand play area, swings, a climbing structure, water play, and plenty of open space to run, explore, and imagine—creating an environment where the wonder of childhood can truly unfold. In case of rain or strong weather, we move into our lovingly prepared Waldorf cottage—a light-filled, calm space designed for imaginative play.
Within the gentle rhythm of each day, children enjoy time for crafts and activities such as beading, watercolor painting, clay sculpting, and movement games, as well as sprinkler play and guided explorations into the forest. Children bring a snack and waterbottle from home, and we provide an organic lunch each day.
